Two new features for RIWAKA just shipped →

They love your beers.
They'd happily give you €100,000 more.

You just need to let them. That's what I build: the channel that makes it happen.
€36,000 guaranteed in your first year. Six figures within reach as you grow it.

They want to buy more beers.

They keep missing the chance.

You know them. They follow every release, tag you on Instagram, buy on your ecommerce store, come to the taproom, line up at festivals.

They'd never miss a drop. But sometimes they do. The notification gets buried. The limited sells out before they refresh. Their local beer shop didn't order. Life keeps getting in the way.

They'd happily pay direct, every month, so it stops happening. A monthly box at the door. First access to limited releases. A way to support the brewery they love and never miss a drop again.

A Beer Club fixes that. Everything else stays the same.

You've already got the audience ready to pay. You're already packaging 8+ beers a month. You've already got the Shopify store. Everything's in place to build a Beer Club.

You already have
an audience

A Beer Club doesn't ask you to find new customers. They're already there. If you can name 50 of them right now, you already have a Beer Club running in your head. You just haven't built the channel for it yet.

You already package
8+ beers a month

A Beer Club doesn't ask you to change the way you produce. You build a box at the start of each month with the beers you package: hazies, fruity sours, seasonal drops, limited releases, whatever is coming out of the brewery at that moment.

You already have
a Shopify store

A Beer Club doesn't ask you to rebuild anything. Your Shopify store is the foundation. What's missing is the layer that turns one-off purchases into recurring orders. Money in the account on the 1st, every month, paid in full, no invoice to chase.

This system got my brewery 18 sign-ups on day one with only 2,000 Instagram followers. That's €20,000 a year minimum. Imagine yours with the audience you've already built...

Founder & Head brewer at Sparkle.

Built for one brewery at a time.

Everything is built around your identity, never forced into a template. The Beer Club feels like part of the brewery, because it is. Here are four examples of how it could look. Yours would be its own.

Four weeks.
From contract to live.

A fixed-timeline build that turns your Shopify store into a recurring revenue engine. Weekly checkpoints, Club live by Week 4.
  1. Week 1

    Kickoff and design

A 60-minute kickoff with you to lock the essentials: how many beers go in the box, the price your customers will actually pay, the design direction you want to take, the email tool you’re already using, and everything else I need to get started. From there, you give me access to your Shopify store so I can start building the Beer Club’s visual identity.

  2. Week 2

    The system gets built

The custom-coded landing page is built and installed in your Shopify store as a Liquid section. Invisible to your customers, accessible only to me, so I can work freely. Recharge is installed and tuned to your monthly box and your price point. The customer portal is set up with full self-service: skip, pause, update, and cancel. You get a starter FAQ to adapt. Nothing goes live until every piece has your approval.

  3. Week 3

    Email and integrations

I set up the open/close waiting list and connect it to the email tool you already use, whether that’s Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Omnisend, or something else. I build three flows inside it: welcome series, failed payment recovery, cancellation feedback. Shopify, Recharge, and your email tool all talk to each other.

  4. Week 4

    Handover and launch

A 90-minute handover call with you to walk through everything: sign-ups, the open/close window, day-to-day adjustments. Want to build anticipation first? I can run it as a waiting list for a few weeks. When you’re ready, the window opens on the 1st. You ship the first month. The Beer Club is live.

After launch, you get 30 days of post-launch support for anything that needs adjusting. After that, the whole system is yours. The code, the design, the email templates, the configuration. I can hand it over and step out. Or I can keep building it with you. Your call.

I don't need to be anywhere near your numbers...

to build what you hired me for.

Handing a stranger the keys to your Shopify store is the part nobody talks about. It's where your revenue and your customers live. A little hesitation isn't paranoia. It's good judgment.

You're probably wondering: Will he see my numbers? What happens while he's in there? What if he breaks something?

Fair questions. Let's start with the biggest: I don't need to see your Shopify financials to install the RIWAKA Beer Club system, so I don't ask for them. Here's exactly how it works:
↗ How you give me access to your store without exposing your data
↗ How I integrate the Riwaka system into your Shopify store without breaking it

The payback math, at a €60 box

Say you launch with 50 subscribers at €60 a box. That's €3,000 every month. After 3 months, the build has paid for itself.

By year one, you're at €36,000 from the Club alone. Most Beer Clubs don't stay flat. At 150 subscribers, you're past €100,000. This is the floor, not the ceiling.

Your risk.
Capped at zero.

The two guarantees behind the build, that no freelancer or agency will give you.

Live in 4 weeks.

Guaranteed. If I miss the date, I keep working at no extra cost until your Beer Club is live and ready to sell.

Why it matters: every week of delay is a month of revenue lost. The faster your Club launches, the sooner you collect.

50 members in 30 days.

If you're not there, I keep working the launch with you until you hit the number: 50 members at €60. €3,000/month. €36,000 expected in year one.

Why it matters: I don't build a Club and walk away. I build a Club and prove it works.

Hi there 👋

Thanks for making it this far down the page.
There's a good chance I already know why you're here.

You've built a great brewery. A real audience. Customers who actually care. But your revenue still leans on trade customers who order when it suits them and pay when it suits them, while your cold room and your bank account quietly carry the weight in between.

You need to diversify your revenue into something steadier. A direct channel. Recurring revenue. A relationship no one else controls.

I started Sparkle three years ago in Brittany, with no brewing experience and the energy you only have when you're starting from scratch. Two years in the brewpub, then we stepped into wholesale. Within months I felt the early signs of what you're feeling now.

So I leaned on my digital marketing and coding skills and built Sparkle a Beer Club on Shopify, custom-coded end to end, late nights at the keyboard. Day one, 18 people signed up. For a brewery with 2,000 Instagram followers, it wasn't a big number. But it felt like proof. That's €20,000 a year, minimum, in recurring revenue.

That's when it clicked: the real upside isn't for a brewery our size. It's for the ones who've spent years building an audience. The same system can unlock six figures for them. And that's why I built RIWAKA.

If you're one of them, thank you for taking the time to consider working with me. If you have questions, reach me anytime at [email protected].

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions brewers actually ask

Six honest answers to the things you're probably already wondering. If yours isn't here, bring it to the call.
Why pay €8,500 when a freelancer would do it cheaper?
A freelancer charges by the hour and builds what you brief. With me, you're buying a finished system from someone on the same side of the bar as you, plus two guarantees no freelancer will write down: live in 4 weeks, 50 members in 30 days. The €8,500 isn't paying for just code. It's paying for the version that actually launches and works.
What if we launch and only get 20 subscribers?
You won't, but if you do, I keep working the launch with you, free, until we hit 50. Most builds end at handover. You're alone with a system, and the numbers are your problem. With me, the opposite: my job isn't done until your numbers are. €3,000/month floor, €36,000 in year one. No matter how long it takes.
How realistic is the €100,000 number?
The math is 150 subscribers × €60 × 12 months. I guarantee the first 50 subscribers in 30 days. That's €36,000 a year, your floor. The climb from 50 to 150 depends on three things you control: your audience size, your marketing power, and how you run the Club month over month. I build the channel. You grow it. The floor is mine to deliver. The ceiling is yours to reach.
Why hasn't someone built this for craft breweries before?
The overlap, someone who can build the system and knows what a brewery actually runs on, is rare. I sit in it. I built this for Sparkle because nobody was going to build it for me. Now I build it for other breweries, to help them reach their €100,000 with a Beer Club.
Once you hand it over, what's actually mine?
Everything. The code, the design, the email templates, the configuration. Nothing on my side, nothing to take back. The landing page and Recharge sit in your Shopify store. The email flows sit in your email tool. The customer portal runs on your Shopify backend. What you pay €8,500 for, you own forever.
Can we really walk away when the Build is finished?
You can really walk away. Build to Own ends at handover. Full ownership transferred, no contract obligation. If you want to keep working together after launch through a retainer (launching soon), that's your choice, not your obligation.
