What is a Monthly Beer Club?
It’s a subscription program that delivers your beers to your customers every month. It turns one time buyers into recurring subscribers while creating predictable monthly revenue for your brewery.
What type of brewery works best with your program?
We work best with craft breweries that already have an online presence and an engaged audience. Typically, partners have a Shopify store, at least 3,000 email subscribers, 10,000 Instagram followers, and release 8+ new beers each month to keep their community active.
How much does it cost to start?
There is no upfront fee for our service. You only pay a percentage of the recurring revenue your club generates. The only additional cost is the subscription app used on Shopify, billed directly through your store after a 60 day free trial. Pricing starts free, then typically scales based on subscriber volume.
How long is the contract that binds us together?
Our partnership is based on a 12-month contract. This gives enough time to launch, optimize, and scale your Monthly Beer Club into a stable recurring revenue channel before we hand the system over to your team.
Why do you charge a percentage each month instead of a flat fee?
We charge a percentage so there is no upfront cost and incentives are fully aligned. We only succeed when your subscription generates revenue. This model ensures we focus entirely on performance, growth, and long term results rather than billable hours.
What happens during the 12-month partnership?

Can I do a shorter contract, like 6 months instead of 12?
No. We only offer 12 month partnerships. Building a reliable subscription engine takes time. The 12 month structure allows us to properly launch, optimize, and scale your subscription into a reliable revenue engine, keeping the monthly percentage we charge fully affordable before transitioning it to your team.
What happens when the contract ends?
We train your team to fully manage your subscription system. You receive all processes, tools, and guidance needed to continue independently, with ongoing support available if needed.
How much revenue can I expect at launch?
With a strong existing audience, early results typically range from 50 to 100 initial subscribers. At around 80 euros per month, this can represent approximately 4,000 to 8,000 euros in monthly recurring revenue from the early stage.
What happens if my club attracts zero subscribers?
You pay nothing if your club generates no revenue. The model is fully performance based, so your risk is minimal and our focus is entirely on making the system work.
How does billing work?
Each month, we calculate your subscription revenue and apply your agreed percentage. If there is no revenue in a given month, there is no fee. Check our pricing page here.
What subscription format works best?
A common format is a monthly box priced around 80 euros, delivering 8 to 12 beers per month. This keeps the experience fresh, encourages discovery, and improves long term retention.
How fast can we launch?
Most breweries launch within 2 to 4 weeks. This includes defining the offer, building the subscription system, launching a coming soon page, and integrating everything into your Shopify store.
Will a Monthly Beer Club eat into my current sales?
In most cases, no. We typically see that the majority of subscribers are not existing high frequency customers. The subscription mainly activates underutilized fans and creates additional revenue on top of existing sales channels.
