I don't track you. No advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, no third-party trackers. The only cookies on this site keep it running and secure, which is why there is no cookie banner to click through.
What follows is the legally required version of the same thing.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Some keep a site working; others follow what you do across visits or across sites. This page also covers similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage.
Which cookies does Riwaka use?
riwaka.xyz is built on Webflow and protected by Cloudflare. Together they set a small number of strictly necessary cookies. None of them is used for marketing or analytics, and nothing is kept in your browser's local storage.
The live demo
The live demo at demo.riwaka.xyz, shown on the Live demo page, is a sample brewery. It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.
Third-party services
I don't embed any third-party service that sets cookies: no YouTube videos, no Google Maps, no chat widget, no analytics, no advertising pixels.
If you are a client, you pay your RIWAKA invoices on a payment page hosted by Stripe. That page is on Stripe's own site and sets its own cookies, under Stripe's cookie policy.
Legal basis
Under French law (Article 82 of the Loi Informatique et Libertés), cookies strictly necessary to provide a service you ask for don't require your consent. They are the only kind this site sets. Any personal data they involve, such as an IP address, is processed on the basis of my legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
If I ever add a cookie that needs your consent, I'll ask for it before setting it.
Your rights
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the Cloudflare cookies may stop some pages or forms from working. To exercise your rights under GDPR, such as access, correction or deletion, see the Privacy page.
