Orders are dispatched every month around the 5th via our courier. If you're in a remote area, delivery may be handled by an equivalent carrier, but we'll always get it to you.
Your first month is charged when you sign up. After that, billing happens automatically at the start of each month. Sign up before the 10th and your box ships that month. After the 10th, it ships the following month.
Yes, absolutely. You can pause at any time from your account, whether you're off on holiday or just need a break. No stress, no conditions. If you need a hand, just get in touch and we'll sort it for you.
Just update your address in your account before the end of the month prior to your next shipment. Handy if you want your box sent somewhere temporary. We're also happy to update it for you if needed.
