What is the Vault City Beer Club?

A monthly membership that brings our boldest, fruitiest sours straight to your door, delivery included, at a great price. The easiest way to stay on top of everything we brew without checking the shop every week.

When and how will I receive my box?

Boxes are dispatched every month around the 5th via our courier. If you are in a remote area, delivery may be handled by an equivalent carrier, but we will always get it to you.

How does billing work?

Your first month is charged when you join. After that, billing happens automatically at the start of each month. Join before the 10th and your box ships that month. After the 10th, it ships the following month.

Can I pause my membership?

Yes. You can pause at any time from your account, whether you are away or just need a break. No conditions. If you need a hand, get in touch and we will sort it for you.

What if I change address?

Update your address in your account before the end of the month prior to your next shipment. We are also happy to update it for you if needed.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel at any time from your account, no questions asked. If you would rather we handle it, drop us a message and we will take care of it straight away.
