LAUNCHING SOON
Optimize opens for breweries who launched with us.
Optimize is the partnership that picks up where the build ends and turns a live Club into a growing one. A full audit of your Shopify store in month one, new features shipped every month or every quarter, strategy calls on a fixed cadence, and every win from our other Beer Clubs landing in yours. Bug fixes included, no hourly billing. Start any time after handover, at the pace that fits you.
Frequently Asked Questions
Questions brewers actually ask
The ones we'd want answered before signing a six-month retainer with anyone. If yours isn't here, bring it to the call.
What if my Beer Club isn't growing fast enough to justify the cost?
Optimize Essentials costs €450/month. 8 members at €60 cover it. Our launch guarantee gets every Club to 50 members, so by the time Optimize starts, you're already 6x past break-even.
Can I cancel before the 6 months are up?
The 6-month minimum is what makes Optimize work. We ramp into your business over the first month or two, and the value compounds from there. Cut it short and you don't see the return. After 6 months, 60 days' notice. No questions.
Why not just hire a Shopify freelancer when I need something?
You can. The math works if you know exactly what to ask for, how to brief it, and how to test it. Most brewery owners don't, because their job is brewing and selling beer, not running a Shopify roadmap. Optimize already knows the Beer Club mechanics, your store, and what's worked elsewhere. A freelancer ships what you ask for. We tell you what to ask for.
What's in the month-one audit?
A full walkthrough of your Shopify store, not just the Beer Club. Product pages, checkout, customer portal, email flows, back-office, what you track and what you miss. We list everything we'd build, fix, or change if it were our brewery, sorted by impact. The document is yours to keep, whether you stay with us or not. You pick what gets built next.
What if I need more than my tier covers?
For one-off custom work that sits outside what Optimize normally ships (a bespoke integration, a deeper build, something specific to your operation), we scope it separately. You get a time estimate and an hourly quote up front, no surprises. Approve it, we build it. For smaller asks like an extra call or a slightly bigger enhancement, we fold it into the month. Nothing gets stuck.
Do I have to take Optimize at all?
Not at all. Build to Own ends at handover with full ownership transferred, and you're set up to run your Beer Club yourself from there. Optimize picks up when you'd rather have someone handling the support and shipping the next features with you, month after month. Your call, not ours.
What Optimize isn't
A few things worth being clear about before we start.
Not a growth guarantee.
We guarantee the work, not the outcome. Audits get done, features get shipped, calls happen on cadence. What the numbers do is a function of your beer, your audience, and your market.
Not a lock-in.
Six-month minimum, then 60 days' notice. You leave when it stops being valuable.
Not unlimited.
Each tier ships a defined amount of work. If you need more, we talk about upgrading or scoping a custom build. We don't drift the scope and we don't bill by the hour.
Not customer service or fulfillment.
We build the system. You run the Club. We don't reply to your members, pack the boxes, or handle returns.
Not your only path to growth.
Optimize is one way to grow your Club. Some breweries grow it themselves. Some hire a fractional CMO. Some run it as a side project. We're worth it when shipping faster and learning from a network is what's blocking you.
Not a replacement for your own judgment.
You know your beer, your customers, and your market better than we ever will. We bring the system and the platform expertise. Strategy on the Club itself stays yours.
Every Beer Club we work with teaches us something.
The longer you're in, the more compounding you get.
And the mistakes we see at one Club, you skip.
